core functionality
The reliable design incorporates a high insulation level output isolation transformer to prevent impact on the UPS system from backend load devices, while also isolating the load from potential electromagnetic interference and power interruptions from both the main and backup power sources. The enclosure protection level reaches IP21, and the internal circuit boards are coated with a three-proofing paint spraying process. The standard configuration includes a removable and easily cleanable dustproof net, capable of adapting to harsh physical environments with high dust levels. The standard built-in battery contactor will disconnect in case of DC system anomalies, automatically protecting the external battery system. Additionally, it can provide a 24V shunt trip signal for the external battery switch, ensuring timely and effective tripping to avoid the impact of abnormal operation of the battery system on the stable output of the power system
Intelligent Operations
Monitor the operating temperature of key components such as capacitors, provide operation and maintenance reminders and lifespan predictions, and eliminate potential safety hazards. The power module fan can intelligently adjust its speed according to the machine's operating mode and ambient temperature. The redundant design ensures that even with a single component failure, it can still support 70% of the load power supply. The dummy load testing function allows for convenient discharge maintenance and reliability verification of main power components and battery packs online. In battery discharge mode, it can feed back the battery discharge energy to other loads on the bus for energy utilization
Flexible deployment
Supports operation at an ambient temperature of 50℃. Optional input isolation transformer can be equipped. For models ranging from 15-30kVA, the transformer can be built-in. For models of 40kVA and above, a separate input isolation transformer cabinet is provided. The maximum charging power can reach up to 60% of the system power, eliminating the need for additional accessories and enabling rapid recharging of large-capacity energy storage systems
