Modular design of core functions

The internal power components of Eaton 91PS and 93PS UPS adopt a unique modular design, allowing the 91PS and 93PS UPS to combine the advantages of standalone and parallel operation. In standalone systems, the internal modules operate independently and can achieve internal redundancy and automatic module hibernation functions. In parallel systems, all modules within individual units serve as backups for each other, allowing for flexible configuration and greatly enhancing the overall system reliability.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) minimization

In the dual-conversion online mode, the system efficiency can reach 96%; in the Eaton AC direct-supply high-efficiency mode, the system efficiency can reach 99%. With the application of Eaton's Hotync hot-sync parallel technology, up to 4 UPSs can be directly upgraded and paralleled or redundantly paralleled, achieving a unified reliability and flexibility. This realizes the "growth and construction" of the system architecture in the data room as the business grows. The excellent system architecture is optimized and designed, with a single system occupying only 0.25/0.36m² of floor space. The output power factor is 1.0, meeting the needs of modern data rooms. An optional built-in battery design saves additional battery box and wiring costs.

Maximize system availability

The hot-swap module design enhances system reliability and reduces mean time to repair (MTTR). The ECT® (Electrical Continuity Test) dummy load testing feature eliminates the need for external loads, further improving usability.
Flexible battery configuration, with power modules supporting both common battery pack and independent battery pack configurations. Taking into account reliability and cost-effectiveness, the Eaton Intelligent Power Monitoring System (IPP/IPM) is supported, enabling real-time intelligent monitoring of UPS equipment. It also supports the management of virtualized system devices and virtual machine migration management
